Born in Russia and having lived across multiple countries and cultures, my path has been shaped by a deep appreciation for people and the shared nature of human experience. I am currently based in Germany.
For over a decade, I have studied and practiced Vedic Astrology within a traditional Jyotish lineage under the guidance of my teacher, Bette Timm. Through her, I have become part of this living tradition - passed directly from teacher to student - requiring ongoing study, dedication, and refinement.
Jyotish is not simply a body of knowledge, but an oral tradition whose depth and integrity are preserved through this direct transmission. It cannot be fully understood in isolation or through theory alone.
Jyotish is a lifelong path, and my commitment to it is continuous. I remain devoted to deepening my understanding, as this knowledge is never static but always unfolding.
It is from this place of discipline, tradition and respect for the lineage that I offer my readings - a practice I feel deeply honored to share.

Before we make an appointment I need your birth information: date, time and place of birth. The birth time accuracy is very important as it ensures the accuracy of our reading. Please refer to your birth certificate or medical records, as your mother’s memory may not always be enough.

There numerous differences between Western and Eastern or Vedic Astrology. Too many to go into depth here.

One of the main differences is in the calculations that the two systems use. Jyotish uses what is called the Sidereal zodiac, which is based on fixed observable constellations that we can see. Western Astrology uses tropical zodiac, which is based on the relative and changeable position of the Sun.

In Jyotish we look at clients Lunar Division of the Zodiac, Nakshattras, as suppose to Solar division of the zodiac that Western Astrology uses. The lunar division is a lot more precise as Moon travels 13 degrees and 20 min a day through the Sky, as suppose to 1 degree for the Sun. There are 27 Lunar divisions and 12 Solar ones. The position of the Moon at the moment of person’s birth also sets for a system of planetary cycles and sub-cycles, Dasa -Bhukti system, one of many tools helping us accurately predict events in person’s life.

Jyotisha’s chart has a rectangular shape with 12 houses in it, starting with the Ascendant, or the 1st house. Each following house represents an aspect of a person’s life. We also work with Divisional Charts that give a lot of precision to an area of life, such as relationships, money, health etc. For this, birth time accuracy is extremely important and it could take more than one reading to identify that we have the accurate birth time.
