Services are described on the website at the time of booking or purchase. By booking a service, the client acknowledges and accepts the description, scope, and conditions of the selected service.

3. Booking and Payment

Consultations and services may be booked through the website or directly with Daria Aichinger. Payment must be made in full before the scheduled consultation or delivery of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other payment methods made available by the provider. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of the provider.

If the provider needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, an alternative appointment or a full refund will be offered.

5. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided.

6. Reports, Recordings, and Materials

Consultations may include written reports, recordings, notes, educational materials, or other supporting documents.

These materials are provided solely for the personal use of the client.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website, consultations, reports, recordings, courses, and educational materials remains the intellectual property of Daria Aichinger unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

Astrology consultations, reports, educational materials, and related services are provided for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes resulting from the use of the services provided.
